Established 2016

Renuven Health Partners (RHP) is a private medical group, started and managed by physicians. Our primary focus is caring for patients in the post-acute and long term care (PA/LTC) settings. Our goal is to help patients return home safely and quickly while avoiding unnecessary complications.

RHP specializes in the care of older adults, often with complex medical conditions. We aim to improve the transitions of care from the hospital. Our physicians are trained in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice. RHP staffed facilities have achieved awards including:

  • Best Nursing Home in the State of Tennessee for 2020 by Newsweek magazine
  • Top ranking in the country for Medicare Core Measures at multiple facilities
  • 5-star rankings by Medicare at multiple facilities

RHP quickly became known for its excellent quality metrics. Our loving providers and strong business practices continue to create growth. This allows our vision to be shared with others. As of 2020, RHP provides medical care in over 20 facilities and has over 30 providers.

The name Renuven comes from the words Renewal and Proven.

Renewal is “an instance of resuming a state after an interruption”. This is what our patients must do when regaining strength after hospitalization. Proven is “demonstrated by evidence”. This reflects the evidenced-based medical care our providers use to renew health and function.
