Job Description:

Local SNFist group is hiring an NP or PA to provide care in the Post-Acute/Long Term Care (PA/LTC) setting.

This position is full-time, Monday- Friday, managing typical medical problems to assist patients in transitioning from the hospital to home. Primary worksite is in Bristol, VA.

Call is provided by a national telehealth group with the NP/PA available for back-up and oversight of any transfers to the hospital.

Experience in Post-Acute/Long Term Care (PA/LTC) is preferred, but other experience is welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
